Meet Mary
Practical experience from more than one side of business.
My career has taken me through healthcare, education, government, technology, quality improvement, project work, business operations, and years of remote operations and quality support. Across very different environments, the common thread has been the same: understanding how work gets done, organizing information, improving reliability, and helping people make sense of complex situations.
I have worked directly with QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting support, reporting, business records, and day-to-day office operations. I have also led quality and strategic initiatives, managed large projects, built tracking and reporting systems, taught business and technology applications, and worked extensively with processes, documentation, systems, and organizational follow-through. That work has included strategic planning that connected organizational goals from the executive level through departments and into individual performance.
That combination is what I bring to Next Move 90. I understand that clean books matter. I also understand that the numbers are connected to customers, employees, processes, decisions, and the day-to-day reality of running a business.

My approach is practical: keep the numbers accurate, communicate clearly, look closely at what deserves attention, and make sure the information is useful to the person actually running the business.
I believe owners should be able to understand what their financial information is telling them without having to become accountants themselves. The goal is dependable information, fewer surprises, and a stronger foundation for whatever comes next.

Sometimes the numbers confirm that things are working well. Other times they point to an area worth examining more closely. Either way, having reliable information makes it easier to recognize what deserves attention and decide what to do next.
